Kara writes children's books that celebrate the joys of childhood. Her first book was released May 28, 2019 and made Amazon's #1 New Release in Children's Dance Books that first week.
"Everybody Can Dance!"
shows children of all cultures experiencing the joy of dance together. Children with disabilities tap a beat alongside others swinging to ballroom or bouncing to Bollywood. The fun, rhyming text will have your kids begging for a repeat performance and will get you all up and dancing. This book can be a springboard for discussing how much we are all the same, how dance is fun for everyone, and how everybody can do it!
Her second book "Maggie Discovers the Rainbow" will debut on March 21, 2023.
Everybody Can Dance was featured on BBC's CBeeBies Bedtime Stories. Read by Rose Ayling-Ellis, a deaf actress who won Britain's version of "Dancing with the Stars" (called "Strictly Come Dancing" in the UK).
